Literally minutes after Mr. Candy gave some Tylenol to Skye for an especially painful bout of teething, I read that Johnson & Johnson has recalled the kind that we gave her (a certain lot of Dye-Free Cherry Infants’ Drops), along with a whole bunch of other children’s medications.

More than 2.1 million drop-side cribs have been recalled in Canada and the United States after more than 100 cases of injuries, including four deaths, were reported.
Yet another scary recall to strike fear in parents’ hearts: The Consumer Product Safety Commission today announced the recall of 2.1 million Stork Craft drop-side cribs, citing defective hardware that have caused toddlers and infants to suffocate — four of whom have died.

Hey, parents — if you have a Maclaren stroller, you’re going to want to mute that “Two and a Half Men” rerun on the TV and pay full attention to this story. Yes! I have something important to share for once!
British stroller maker Maclaren and the Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling approximately 1 million strollers after the company received a dozen reports of children’s fingertips getting amputated by a hinge on the strollers.
