General

This Web site does not collect personal data (name, addresses, or other personally identifying information) from users. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.  Your IP address is used for technical purposes only.

What Does This Privacy Policy Cover? This Privacy Policy covers iCandy Media’s treatment of personal information that iCandy Media gathers when you are on the iCandy Media Web sites and when you use iCandy Media services. Also, this Privacy Policy covers iCandy Media’s treatment of any personal information that iCandy Media’s business partners share with iCandy Media. What about Cookies?

Will iCandy Media share any of the information it receives?

We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone. We share your personal information only as provided herein or with your consent, to the entities that are controlled by iCandy Media.

Is information about me secure?

* If you choose to create one, your iCandy Media account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to work to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.

Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the iCandy Media Web sites or sending you an email so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
