Miley Cyrus’ 9-year-old sister, Noah, and her best friend Emily Grace Reaves, 8, have teamed up to create a “trendy” and “edgy” new fashion line for Ooh! La, La! Couture.

And by “trendy” and “edgy,” they mean streetwalker-esque.

Emily Grace, the actress who played Cindy Lou in “Hannah Montana: The Movie” is shown in the below promotional video dressed as every parent’s worst nightmare.  (Unless, of course, that parent happens to have the last name “Cyrus” or “Lohan.)  The pint-sized blonde is seen showing off a revealing leopard-print mini-dress, fishnets and fingerless black gloves ensemble to Miley Cyrus.

Naturally, Miley approves.

Seriously, girls, mini-hooker outfits are SO 2009.  Sweatsuits are HAWT!  What’s that –?  You’re not interested in fashion advice from an old lady who uses words like “HAWT,” you say?  Okay, fine.  Then I won’t tell you that the coolest swimwear this summer is going to be head-to-toe wetsuits!  (Right off the runways of Milan.  I swear.)

The South Korean diaper company Good-Nites has, as you can see, spoofed David Beckham’s sexy Armani ads — and, um, lathered a half-naked toddler in baby oil to do so.

That is wrong… just wrong!

Seriously, where is the kid’s tat sleeve?  Geesh.  If you’re going to do it, do it RIGHT, people.

Matthew McConaughey posted this lovely photo (don’t all pictures look more romantic in black-and-white for some reason?) of him with baby-mama Camila Alves and baby-girl Vida on his Web site.  Mateo writes:

“Here’s a pic of our latest family member Vida Alves McConaughey. Thanks for all your well wishes our way, the future’s lookin bright, just keep livin, Matthew and Camila.”

Awwww… look at little Vida!  I had that same look on my face after watching her dad’s movie, Sahara.

And here’s some BREAKING news (you’re gonna want to hold on to your hats for this one):  Camila refuses to — GASP! — have sex for 40 days after giving birth.  She tells StyleList.com:

“Where I come from [Brazil], we believe in something we call a 40-day break after the baby.  You have to let your body do its own thing. You give it time to recover and let everything settle down.  In a way, it is nice. There is not so much pressure. You kind of respect all the hard work your body has just done and give it a break. For these 40 days you really take it easy.”

Um… a six-week break is recommended pretty much everywhere, isn’t it?  Certainly is in the States.  Yet media outlets ranging from Us Weekly to The New York Post ran this tidbit like it was the juiciest story EVER.  It’s shocking that those upstanding outlets would sensationalize something like that.

Contrary to initial reports that Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s son was delivered at a Boston-area hospital, Gisele tells a Brazilian magazine that Benjamin Brady actually entered the world under water.

Gisele, 29, tells Fantastico magazine: “I gave birth in the bathtub” at the Beacon Hill, Boston penthouse she shares with her hubby.

No word on whether she was wearing one of her old Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy® sequin triangle bikini tops at the time.

The magazine visited Gisele on a photo shoot (not pictured) — apparently back in shape just six weeks after giving birth — for a Brazilian fashion line.

Six weeks…!  Wow.  What took her so long?

Name:  Axel Ferrell.  Axel joins big brothers Magnus, 5 ½, and Mattias, 3.  With their names, they are inevitably going to start a rock band.  There’s no sense in fighting it.

Will, 42, and Viveca, 40 -– who met in an acting class 15 years ago and got hitched in 2000 -– announced the pregnancy in September.

I cannot write about Will without noting that, thanks to his performance in “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy,” I will forever pronounce San Diego, San Dee-AH-go.

No, not a Maytag.  A Maybach.  The price tag of this li’l Sweet Sixteen gift…?  Three-hundred-sixty-thousand buckeroos.  Or approximately $359,985 more than a marble cake.

Is that all the poor kid got?!, you’re no doubt wondering.  Thankfully, Justin wasn’t forced to settle for just a lousy luxury car:  Diddy’s boy also had a “lavish” bash at M2 Ultralounge club in NYC, where rapper Lil’ Kim performed.  Justin apparently sat above the crowd on a THRONE (I would expect nothing else from the Didster) that was on the stage, all while MTV cameras rolled for an upcoming episode of “My Super Sweet Sixteen.”

Diddy also gave his son a $10,000 check to open a bank account — which Justin is donating to Haiti relief.  Well, hard to poke fun at that.

Hmmmm.  Diddy calls his son Justin DIOR.   Kelly Rutherford names her son HERMES.  That’s it…!  It’s decided:  I’m naming my next kid Banana Republic.  And Banana had better be happy to settle for marble cake.

Their noses…!   So phallic!  They could give Ron Jeremy a run for his money with those things.  And somebody put a Bro on that fellow before he trips over his hairy bazongas, for heaven’s sake.

Clearly, the show is called “The Marvelous Misadventures of FLAPJACK” for a reason.

All I wanted was to entertain my baby with the Cartoon Network while I quickly went to the bathroom.  Next time I’ll be sure to change the channel to something more child-friendly, like the Spice Network.

It’s never too early for kids to learn it’s what’s on the outside that matters — so kudos to Us Weekly for teaching them that lesson by pitting celebrity offspring against each other in their “Who Wore It Best” column.  So far, Leni is winning with 55 percent of the vote.  Honor clearly made a fashion misstep by donning last year’s khakis.  Geesh.
