You know I’m a sucker for the animals. So much so, that the baby deserves his own exclamation point.

Behold Unnamed Baby Gibbon (!), who made his debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on Feb. 2. The endangered white-cheeked baby gibbon (!) and his mother, Melaka, are bonding well, according to the animal experts who oversee the daily care of the primates. Some fun facts for you: White-cheeked gibbons live 25 to 30 years on average and may weigh up to 18 pounds. (Or slightly less than the size of my six-month-old chubster of a daughter (!) The tree-dwelling primates are native to Laos, Vietnam and southern China. And, of course, Walt Disney World.

Guests can see them and the baby’s two sisters, Suki and Tuyen, in their habitat near Kali River Rapids. Because Melaka is an experienced mother, she presumably already had a swaddle, rear-facing car seat and a breast pump for those girls’ nights out.
