In Technology News: Kid Haters Rejoice Over New Plugin That Deletes Baby Photos from Facebook

A few twentysomethings, tired of seeing pictures of their friends’ babies on Facebook, designed a Google Chrome extension called UnBaby.me that replaces baby photos with “other awesome stuff” (like cat pictures) in your Facebook newsfeed.  Although UnBaby.me has only been around for about a week, the program has already garnered 70,000 “likes” on Facebook and almost 30,000 users.

You don’t want to see pictures of my adorable kids?  That’s fine.  But, in return, I would like to request extensions to remove these things from my Facebook newsfeed:

UnDuckFace.me (Painful-looking pictures of women posing with the “Duck Face” at bars.  Delete.)

UnSomeeCards.me (Yes, most are funny and ring true — but no need to see four-hundred-billion-and-two of them in my newsfeed.  Delete.)

UnBlurryCellPhonePictures.me  (It’s not artsy.  It’s just blurry.  Delete.)

UnBrag.me  (Bragging about how much you worked out today just makes me feel bad about myself and forces me to comfort myself with another piece of chocolate.  Delete.)

UnFarmville.me  (I don’t understand it and I don’t care to.  Delete.)
