Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s Wedding Picture Says It All

When I saw this magazine cover, I felt like apologizing to my daughter for bringing her into a world where the Kardashians are famous.
Behold the picture for which OK! magazine paid $300,000. Yes, three-hundred-thousand smackeroos for a “wedding” picture of three media whore sisters — apparently, OK! would only cough up the money if Khloe’s sisters were part of the package — and a clueless groom stuck in the back of the picture as though he’s just there to serve them hors d’oeuvres or something.
“Do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, and to serve chicken skewers to her and her family…?
Tugs at the heartstrings, doesn’t it? Makes me want to get married all over again!
My favorite quote from the article: “It was truly a special day,” says the new Mrs. Odom. But you don’t have to take her word for it: E!’s cameras were there, and Khloe’s wedding will air at 9 p.m. on Nov. 8 on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Of COURSE the cameras were there. Kim’s sister and some guy’s wedding brought to you by… E!
Congratulations, Lamar. You’re a lucky, lucky man.
