Lisa Marie Presley “All Shook Up” by Suing Mad Nanny
A former nanny for Lisa Marie Presley is telling her “Don’t Be Cruel” (See what I did there?) by filing a lawsuit against her ex-employer, claiming she was “overworked” while caring for Lisa Marie’s twin babies.
“Twins” and “overworked” — aren’t they synonyms?
Christine White claims she wasn’t given breaks for meals — not even for ten minutes — and was forced to work seven days a week without overtime pay.
Lisa Maria, however, calls the claims “ridiculous” and says she paid White $650 a day. Which is about $230,000 a year. She even says White had her own guest house on the property where she would sleep and take “many breaks.”
I have one word for these gals: MAURY! That’s the only decent and civilized way to settle this (or any) dispute, really. Ideally with a naked Jell-O wrestling match.

that’s decent money but every one needs a lunch break and there are labor laws that insist on it…Elvis treated everyone around him well and was extra generous…
September 9th, 2009 at 9:03 pm -is there a job opening?…I’d take it but would expect to have at least one meal break…..I’m a CNA so I’m bonded…not much difference between the elderly and the littles ones.. Like so many I’m a admirer of her father and hope she can work things out with this nanny…
