Celebrity Baby Boom Update: Jennifer Hudson is Pregnant

Oscar and Grammy winner (What, no Emmy or Tony?  Slacker.) Jennifer Hudson is pregnant, reports Essence.

Well, of course she is.  Who ISN’T pregnant in Hollywood these days?

The 27-year-old singer, who is currently receiving rave reviews while on tour with Robin Thicke, is engaged to David Otunga, a Harvard Law graduate and former contestant on “I Love New York 2.”  You know, the usual career path for Harvard Law grads.

Jennifer could certainly use some good news, I’m sure, after her heartrendingly tragic year.

Let’s hope the baby inherits mom’s pipes — but not her bodysuit.
